Job overview

We are seeking a Quality Lead to work closely with our North and East Adult Community Services Teams.

You must have excellent working knowledge of our electronic health records system RIO and a good understanding of Ulysses.

You must be able to demonstrate great skills in leadership and be able to support teams to embrace new ways of working.

If you are passionate about patient care, quality improvement with the focus on transforming services, and are looking for a new way to promote quality care within a service, then we would welcome a conversation with you.

By joining our senior leadership team you will be working with the Head of Integrated Professions, Operational Managers and Team Leads. You will be part of a progressive team leading new ways of working focusing on quality improvement. We are in partnership with our colleagues in Primary care, Adult Social Care and Voluntary Sector to transform how services are delivered - if this all sounds interesting, then this role is for you!

Main duties of the job

This post will support the North and East Adult Community Services Teams and will provide a diverse and interesting experience for the post holder. You will be part of a team focused on ensuring services provide the best quality of service.

This is absolutely the perfect role for someone who holds quality improvement at the heart of everything that they do. You must have previous experience in delivering quality improvement projects.

This position will give you the opportunity to work closely with senior operational & clinical leaders to enhance our services and patient care. This multi-faceted role that will enable you to grow and develop new skills in quality improvement methodology, audit and clinical review.

This role means you will be a key member of a clinical and operational leadership team, working closely with managers to enhance quality improvement and work hand in hand to help deliver on transformation.
