We are seeking an experienced and compassionate individual to join our team as a Mandatory Trainer, focusing primarily on the delivery of Fire Safety, Warden, and Evacuation training. Additionally, this role requires delivering other Quality & Safety training as needed, including BLS, PM&H, and Conflict resolution, for clinical colleagues in our Community Adult and Childrens Services. This position offers a unique opportunity for those looking to re-enter the sector in a part-time or flexible capacity while making a significant impact. Travel to our Essex, Kent, and Prison (Chelmsford & Norwich) hubs is required to deliver training. Both full-time and part-time applications are welcomed. Responsibilities include supporting internal quality assurance for all clinical and Quality and Safety learning interventions, maintaining the clinical and Quality and Safety training course catalogue, involvement in training projects, supporting SMEs delivering learning interventions, identifying improvements in learning provision, and effectively managing workload and travel planning.

• Management of own workload, possessing excellent planning, prioritisation, organisational and time management skills and the ability to plan any travel effectively.
• Support training needs analysis as required to identify demand for learning interventions prior to development.

Person Specification:

Essential criteria:

• Educated to degree level or equivalent experience.
• Recognised level 4 teaching, training or assessing qualification (or willingness to achieve this within a set time period)
• Ability to deliver training covering a wide range of health and care appropriate subject specialisms.
• Experience of designing, developing and delivering high quality blended learning solutions suitable for a health and care audience.
• Experience of and competence in using digital tools in the development and delivery of training solutions
• Knowledge and experience of curriculum development and course design
