Main duties of the job
As a Quality & Safety Trainer with HCRG Care Group, your primary role is to deliver Fire Safety, Warden, and Evacuation training. Additionally, you will be responsible for providing other Quality & Safety training as needed, such as Basic Life Support (BLS), Prevention and Management of Violence and Aggression (PM&H), and conflict resolution for clinical colleagues. The job requires travel to various hubs in Essex, Kent, and Prisons (Chelmsford & Norwich). This role is open to both full-time and part-time applications, offering flexibility for those looking to re-enter the sector. You will support internal quality assurance of all clinical and Quality and Safety learning interventions, maintain the relevant training course catalogue, and contribute to relevant training projects. The position requires excellent planning and organizational skills, and you must be capable of supporting the education and development of Subject Matter Experts delivering learning interventions within the organization.

- Management of own workload, possessing excellent planning, prioritisation, organisational and time management skills and the ability to plan any travel effectively.
- Support training needs analysis as required to identify demand for learning interventions prior to development.

Person Specification:
Essential criteria:
- Educated to degree level or equivalent experience.
- Recognised level 4 teaching, training or assessing qualification (or willingness to achieve this within a set time period)
- Ability to deliver training covering a wide range of health and care appropriate subject specialisms.
- Experience of designing, developing and delivering high quality blended learning solutions suitable for a health and care audience.
- Experience of and competence in using digital tools in the development and delivery of training solutions
- Knowledge and experience of curriculum development and course design
