
Job summary
<p>Were seeking an experienced and compassionate individual to join our team as a <strong>Mandatory Trainer</strong>, predominantly focusing on the delivery of <strong>Fire Safety, Warden, and Evacuation training</strong>. </p><p>There will also be a requirement to deliver other Quality & Safety training where needed such as BLS, PM&H, Conflict resolution for clinical colleagues across our Community Adult and Childrens Services. This is a unique opportunity for someone whos looking to step back into the sector in a part-time or flexible capacity while making a real difference.</p><p><strong>Due to the nature of this role, you will be required to travel to our Essex, Kent and Prison (Chelmsford & Norwich) hubs to deliver training.</strong></p><p>We can consider full-time and part-time applications.</p><p><strong>Main Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li><span class="single_desc_int_gb_word">Support on the internal quality assurance of all clinical and Quality and Safety learning interventions, ensuring working in line with the TLE Quality Assurance process</span>.</li><li><span class="single_desc_int_gb_word">Support the maintenance of the clinical and Quality and Safety training course catalogue ensuring all course information is up to date at all times</span></li><li&g
