Detailed job description and main responsibilities

Applications are welcomed from experienced  nurses however some previous experience of working within a community environment would be beneficial. We have an established preceptorship programme in place and you will be well supported by your manager and colleagues and valued in your role. We offer opportunities for personal and professional development and you will receive regular appraisal, clinical and safeguarding supervision.
