Job summary

We are seeking a Clinical, Counselling or Educational Psychologist with experience in neurodiversity to join our children's service, supporting assessment, diagnosis and intervention for children and young people with autism and ADHD.

Main duties of the job

Undertake specialist psychological assessments as part of the autism and/or ADHD diagnostic pathway for children and young people.

Provide psychological formulation and consultation to the wider multidisciplinary team.

Deliver individual and group interventions for children, young people and families, informed by neurodiversity-affirmative practice.

Offer training, consultation and supervision to colleagues, schools and carers.

Contribute to the development and evaluation of the neurodevelopmental pathway, including outcome monitoring.

Support children and families through key transitions, including school transitions and moves into adult services.

Maintain professional standards of clinical record-keeping and governance in line with HCPC/BPS requirements
