Main duties of the job

As a Prescribing Pharmacist at Cassidy Medical Centre, you will be a key player in the delivery of primary care services, focusing on enhancing patient outcomes, access, and overall experience. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include prescribing, managing minor ailments, and offering long-term condition advice. You will also play a crucial role in clinical triage, both online and via telephone, ensuring safe and effective patient care. You'll be part of a mulit-professional team, driving innovation and modernization while maintaining high levels of staff and patient satisfaction. Main Responsibilities:

As a valued member of the Operose Health team, your key duties will include:

• Prescribing, online and telephone clinical triage, management of minor illness and LTC advice.
• Delivering safe, clinical decisions and expert care as well as working collaboratively with all team members of a multi professional team and driving innovation, modernisation and high levels of staff and patient satisfaction.

Ideal Candidate:

What we look for in new colleagues:

• Undergraduate degree in pharmacy and registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council.
• Independent prescribing qualification.
• Ability to apply effective clinical judgement in the prioritisation and decision-making aspects of the role.
• Previous general practice experience is desirable.
