Due to staff being promoted, this is an exciting opportunity for dynamic, innovative and creative NMC Registrants to join the NHS Fife Practice and Professional Development Team. This role will work closely with the Lead PEF, Head of Department and HEIs in a practical role in providing support, education and development to clinical staff and student learners. The post-holder is expected to motivate staff and students to provide high standards of care by acting as a role model.

The successful candidate should be a Registered Nurse/Midwife, educated to degree level (or equivalent) and have, or be willing to achieve, a post graduate qualification. You will be able to evidence well-developed interpersonal and problem-solving skills coupled with deep understanding of education and the practice learning environment. Excellent communication and organisational skills coupled with an ability to work autonomously and within a team setting as well as being able to self-direct work and demonstrate leadership in the delivery of national and local education priorities are essential requirements of this post.
