An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Band 3 Health Care Support. Worker to join our friendly and dynamic team in Ward 309, Aberdeen Royal Infirmary. We are an 18‑bedded surgical unit caring for patients undergoing Breast and Gynaecological procedures, offering a fast‑paced and rewarding clinical environment.
We are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated and conscientious individual with a genuine interest in delivering high‑quality patient care within a busy surgical ward.
The successful candidate will have current Band 3 HCSW experience within an NHS or acute setting. Experience working effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team is advantageous, while the ability to use your own initiative and prioritise workload is essential.
