Physio Administrator | Spire South Bank | Full time | 37.5 Hours Per Week | Permanent

Spire South Bank Hospital is seeking a confident and customer-focused Administrator to join our Physiotherapy team on a part-time basis.

This is a highly patient-facing role, ideal for someone who takes pride in delivering an exceptional service experience. You’ll be the first point of contact for patients, playing a key role in creating a welcoming, professional, and efficient environment from the moment they arrive.

Duties and responsibilities:

You’ll play a key role in delivering a smooth patient experience, including:

  • Welcoming patients and managing front desk enquiries
  • Manage patient administration and bookings for in-patients and day cases using SAP.
  • Liaise with insurers, pre-authorisation teams, patients, and consultants to ensure smooth admissions.
  • Maintain accurate records, filing systems, and ensure compliance with medical coding and Data Protection requirements.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to enquiries from patients, staff, and the public.
  • Uphold confidentiality and undertake training to maintain skills and knowledge.
