An exciting opportunity to join our growing Phlebotomy team at GUH/NHH/RGH has arisen. We have two part-time vacancies:
1 x 30 hour post
1 x 25 hours post
You will be based at GUH (The Grange University Hospital) but will be required to rotate to NHH/RGH. You will be required to work at all 3 sites and be allocated permanent weekend hours.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; English and/or Welsh speakers are equally welcome to apply.
Main duties of the job
We are looking for an exceptional and highly motivated Phlebotomist to join our team providing high quality Phlebotomy services as part of Blood Sciences.

You will ideally be from a Healthcare background with excellent communication skills and good literacy and numeracy skills. You will need to be able to demonstrate a caring and sensitive nature towards the public. You will work as part of the Phlebotomy team taking blood samples from patients within ABUHB
The phlebotomy service operates 7 days per week including bank holidays.
Currently we are unable to provide certificates of sponsorship for this role as it does not meet the Home Office’s criteria. Anyone requiring a certificate of sponsorship is therefore unable to be shortlisted and interviewed.
