Job summary

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced committed and enthusiastic Registered Pharmacy Technician to join the Pharmacy Homecare Service team at Mid Yorkshire Teaching NHS Trust.

The successful applicant will support the implementation and ongoing management of new and expanding services whilst striving for excellence and maintaining the highest standards of care.

Main duties of the job

To support and where applicable deputise for the Specialist Pharmacy Technician in Homecare.

Lead and manage on the CMM Homecare Module

Manage workloads and rotas for other members of the team

Work with Homecare providers and trust wide clinical teams to ensure patients receive their medicines in a safe and timely manner.

Work with other key members of the Homecare team to ensure the Homecare database is accurate and kept up to date.

Lead on internal Homecare audit projects.
