The work is fast paced on a weekend and the whole teams pull together to achieve the most efficient service for our patients.

Job Summary
The Pharmacy department at Leeds Teaching Hospital is looking for 3 part time friendly, enthusiastic receptionists to join the teams to work on a weekend shift only.
1 role is at LGI Inpatient Pharmacy on a Sunday only (7.5 hours a week), working 9am - 5pm with 30 minutes lunch.
2 roles are at St James' Pharmacy on a Saturday and/or Sunday (8 hours per day = 16 hours per week) working 9am -5.30pm with 30 minutes lunch.
The role involves greeting patients, nurses, doctors and other hospital staff at our reception and answering the phone to deal with queries. We use a pharmacy prescription tracking system, so the successful candidate will print off orders and discharge prescriptions and book them into our tracking system. There will be other filing and admin work as part of this role.
