Job summary
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly organised and motivated Personal Assistant to join the Chief Nurse CSU at Leeds Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust. Working as part of the CSU Central Team, you will provide a comprehensive PA and administrative service to the General Manager, helping to ensure the effective coordination and day-to-day running of the service. The role is based at Trust Headquarters, St Jamess University Hospital, with a requirement to work across Trust sites and remotely where needed.
Main duties of the job
We are looking for someone with excellent organisational, communication and IT skills who can manage competing priorities, work independently and build effective relationships with colleagues at all levels. You will support diary and meeting management, prepare agendas and minutes, maintain effective information and administrative systems, coordinate follow-up actions and handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
