Perioperative Practitioner | Nottingham | Tollerton | Full Time | No Nights
At Spire Nottingham Hospital, we’re looking for a Scrub Nurse or ODP to join our high-performing theatre team. You’ll be part of a supportive environment delivering a wide range of orthopaedic procedures, working alongside experienced consultants and multidisciplinary teams.
This is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills in a well-equipped private hospital setting, with a strong focus on quality care, efficiency, and patient experience.
Please note that access to your own transport is essential due to limited public transport links.
The Role
You’ll play a key role in delivering safe, high-quality perioperative care, including:
- Scrubbing for a range of orthopaedic procedures (e.g. joint replacements, arthroscopy, and minor procedures)
- Supporting the theatre team across the perioperative pathway
- Preparing equipment and ensuring theatres are safe and compliant
- Working collaboratively with surgeons, anaesthetists, and wider MDT
- Contributing to clinical quality, governance, and continuous improvement
- Supporting junior staff and contributing to a positive team culture
What We’re Looking For:
