Spire Murrayfield Hospital is recruiting an experienced Theatre Practitioner to join their warm and friendly team, on a permanent basis to work in anaesthetic and or recovery

Duties and responsibilities

  • Working as part of this friendly and supportive team you can expect to assist patients undergoing a variety of elective procedures including Major Orthopaedic including robotic and foot and ankle, laparoscopic, bariatrics, Robotics gynaecology and urology, Spinal, Breast
  • You will be required to provide exemplary care in the recovery or post-operative phase of surgery using appropriate clinical knowledge including support from other team members
  • Respect the patient’s dignity, privacy, wishes and beliefs while in your care
  • Maintain high standard of care and effective communication to patients
  • Undertaking coordinating roles within area when no team lead available
