Main duties of the job
As People Projects Manager you'll be leading the coordination and delivery of people-focused projects across the Trust. You will be supported by a Project Support Officer to ensure tasks are completed efficiently. Youll be leading stakeholder communications, ensuring teams stay informed and engaged. This role suits someone with highly developed communication and project management skills, an influencer with agility and confidence to lead multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. The contract is fixed term / secondment until 31/01/2027.
