We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Patient Experience Digital Officer to join our Patient Experience, Engagement and Insight Team.
This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in understanding and improving patient experience across The Royal Wolverhampton NHS Trust and Walsall Healthcare NHS Trust. Using patient feedback, experience data and insight, you will help inform decision-making, support service improvement and ensure the voice of patients is at the heart of what we do.
The successful candidate will have strong analytical skills, experience working with data and reporting systems, and the ability to communicate complex information clearly to a wide range of audiences. You will be passionate about using data and insight to drive improvements in patient care and experience.
Main duties of the job
- Lead the co-ordination and reporting of patient experience intelligence, including the Friends and Family Test (FFT).
- Lead the Trust's Friends and Family Test (FFT) reporting processes, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements.
- Analyse quantitative and qualitative patient feedback to identify trends, themes and opportunities for improvement.
- Produce accurate and meaningful reports, dashboards and presentations for a range of stakeholders.
- Work collaboratively with clinical and operational teams to support decision-making and service improvement initiatives.
- Support the development of patient experience reporting systems and data quality processes.
- Use SQL and other reporting tools to extract, validate and analyse information from multiple data sources.
