Northamptonshire Integrated Sexual Health and HIV (NISHH) Service are looking for a PA / Medical Secretary to join our friendly team working to maintain high standards of patient care. NISHH covers the specialities of Genitourinary Medicine (GUM), HIV Medicine, Contraception and Outreach services, providing services to the residents of North and West Northamptonshire and out of area in relation to their sexual health needs. The post holder will work as part of the Integrated Sexual Health and HIV Service supporting Consultants and the Senior Team for West Northamptonshire.
Main duties of the job
To provide an efficient, effective and comprehensive secretarial service to the Consultants and senior staff within the NISHH service.
The post holder will have day to day responsibility to the designated Consultant(s) with overall responsibility to the Clinical Director of NISHH and is accountable to the Service Manager via the Senior Hub Administrator. This role will also include supporting the Senior Hub Administrator with service related admin based tasks as required.
