Trust Grade Fellow in Ophthalmology (Vitreo Retinal) Applications are invited for the above post which offers advanced specialist training in Vitreo-Retinal sub-specialty, to be based at the Leicester Royal Infirmary, at the University Hospitals of Leicester NHS Trust. The post is to commence as soon as possible for a fixed-term period of one year.
The successful appointee will be expected to participate in undergraduate and postgraduate teaching and clinical audit. They will be required to undertake management duties and work in a multidisciplinary team. The appointee will have a principle interest in Vitreo-Retinal sub-specialty.

The appointee will join an active and enthusiastic team of 28 Ophthalmologists, and 6 specialty doctors both generalist and sub-specialist Ophthalmology services are provided within UHL.

Applicants must already be on the GMC specialist register or within 6 months of the interview date have a certificate of completion of specialist training.
