Support day-to-day operations within NHS/healthcare patient services, ensuring efficient service delivery and compliance with safety and quality standards. Main duties of the job
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Operations Support professional to join our team in Northwest London. In this pivotal role, you will support the smooth running of NHS and healthcare patient services, working closely with the Operations Manager to analyse data, drive improvements, deliver excellent customer service, and ensure operational efficiency in a fast-paced, KPI-focused environment. The successful candidate will combine strong attention to detail with strategic thinking to support primary care/community services and contribute to high-quality patient outcomes.
