Main duties of the job

The Operational Trainer role involves providing induction and development training to around five homes and/or hospitals across a specific region. Trainers play a central role in ensuring staff are confident and competent in delivering quality care. It's a home-based job requiring travel within a region, and involves planning training calendars, observing workplace practices, and promoting learning opportunities.
