  • To assist in the development of Occupational Therapy Documentation.
  • To assist with and in, staff appraisal, where appropriate.
  • To assist with in-service, field work training programmes as agreed.
  • To be involved in the development of quality standards for the service.

  • To supervise the working practices of junior staff.
  • To supervise in-house, and students on placement where appropriate. 5. Evaluation
  • To be involved in the monitoring and evaluation of service programmes of activities.

Barnet Lane’s Complex Care and Recovery Service (CCRS) is a highly specialised, bespoke inpatient adult service designed to support individuals whose needs exceed the scope of traditional inpatient service models. The service specialises in treating patients who have experienced multiple or prolonged admissions, stalled discharge pathways, or who have been unable to progress within conventional care environments.
