Job overview
ICHNT understands the importance of ensuring good staff health and wellbeing, to individual and Trust success, and ultimately to positive patient outcomes.
Working as a member of a well-resourced multi-disciplinary OH team, the vacancy arises due to a team colleague reducing their work hours. As a B5 OH Nurse you will support occupational health service delivery through active involvement in the health clearance and immunisation of new and current staff, and those attending the service from private contracts. Additionally, work responsibilities will include audit activity and other tasks necessary to ensure the annual OH SEQOHS Quality Standard, whilst providing support to the B4 OH Technicians.
Although a good understanding of the risks to the health of staff and patients within an NHS Healthcare setting is required, this role offers the right person an opportunity for professional development within a high-performing award-winning team.
Please note you will not be able to work in a different department within the Trust whilst employed in this position.
Main duties of the job
