NHS Borders Occupational Health & Safety provide services to NHS Borders employees and external clients.

The post-holder’s responsibilities will be to provide an efficient and effective PA support service to the Occupational Health & Safety Service. Responsibilities include PA duties/diary management to the Head of Occupational Health and Head of Health & Safety, supporting systems, training and contributing to the smooth administration of the department. Linking with the wider NHS organisation and non NHS organisations.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as is the ability to work on your own initiative as well as part of a team. Prioritising workload and working to tight timescales, balancing conflicting demands to maintain efficiency throughout the team are key skills.
