Key duties will include: Assist registered Nurses in the on-going assessment, planning, management, and evaluation of care. Support individuals with all aspects of care including providing person centre care and promoting health and independence through awareness raising and care navigation to other professional as appropriate. Performing and recording clinical observations including blood pressure, temperature, respirations, pulse and other competencies are agreed.

Main Responsibilities:

Key duties will include:

• Assist registered Nurses in the on-going assessment, planning, management, and evaluation of care.
• Support individuals with all aspects of care including providing person centre care and promoting health and independence through awareness raising and care navigation to other professional as appropriate.
• Performing and recording clinical observations including blood pressure, temperature, respirations, pulse and other competencies are agreed. As well as undertake clinical tasks including venipuncture, ECGs etc.
• Recognise issues relating to safeguarding vulnerable children and adults and report ant problems or raise concerns to the appropriate registered care professionals.

• UK registered Nurse Associate with NMC pin number
• Must be able to relay clinical information and maintain accurate, comprehensive consultation record
• Able to work within processes, procedures and maintain confidently and data security.
• Must be able to adapt with changing priorities and be personable, polite and patient with our patients.
• Must have basic PC skills such as Word, Excel and email.
• Ability to use own judgement and be aware of professional boundaries they are working to.
