Job summary

<p>Are you a <span class="single_desc_int_gb_word">compassionate and motivated <strong>Nursing Associate</strong> looking to develop your skills and make a real difference to people in their own homes and communities</span>?</p><p>We are looking for a <strong>Nursing Associate</strong> to join our friendly Community Nursing Team, working alongside a wider multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality, holistic and person-centred care to patients on the district nursing caseload.</p><p>This is a fantastic opportunity to use your knowledge and skills across a broad range of community settings, <span class="single_desc_int_gb_word">supporting people of all ages and working with individuals to promote their independence, dignity and wellbeing</span>. Youll have the opportunity to develop a wide range of clinical competencies while building strong relationships with patients, families and colleagues.</p><p>As a Nursing Associate, youll work within your scope of practice and competency framework, carrying out a range of duties delegated by registered practitioners.
