
- Support the delivery of high quality, patient centred care within the Outpatients department
- Carry out delegated clinical tasks within your scope of practice, including observations, wound care and phlebotomy
- Recognise and escalate changes in a patient’s condition promptly and appropriately
- Maintain accurate clinical records and uphold excellent infection prevention and control standards
- Work collaboratively with Registered Nurses, Consultants and the wider multidisciplinary team to support a positive patient experience
- NMC registration as a Nursing Associate
- Previous experience within an outpatient, ambulatory care or similar clinical setting
- Phlebotomy competency and experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a patient focused approach
- Knowledge of clinical policies and procedures, with the ability to recognise and escalate patient deterioration appropriately
