Research and Development, NHS Grampian, is looking for a highly motivated and efficient senior project administrator to join the non-commercial team. The post holder will be responsible for helping to ensure the accurate and timely processing of research projects taking place in NHS Grampian prior to issuing R&D Management Approval and will have sole responsibility for all research passport requirements.
A degree in a health or life science discipline or equivalent experience is essential along with exceptional organisational and interpersonal skills. The post-holder will be expected to have some current or very recent knowledge of the UK approval process and the documentation required for research from their qualification and/or employment history.
The post is initially for 1 year fixed term. This post is full-time but job-sharing can be considered. Shortlisted candidates may be required to undertake a short research-based documentation assessment and/ or presentation at the time of interview.
