ABOUT THE ROLE As a Night Senior Carer at a Barchester care home, you'll look after the different needs of our residents to enable us to deliver quality, person-centred care and support. Main duties of the job

As a Night Senior Carer at a Barchester care home, you will manage the various needs of our residents, helping us deliver high-quality, person-centred care and support. Supervising and inspiring a team of committed Care Assistants alongside the Deputy General Manager is a key responsibility of this role. Additionally, you will support the clinical team in specific areas, such as medication, assessments, care plans, or care reviews. You should uphold the dignity and preferences of our residents, contributing to a warm, welcoming, and vibrant environment. We require candidates to hold an NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care, accompanied by specific knowledge of clinical care for the elderly.
