Main duties of the job

As a Night Care Assistant at Cheriton care home, your role is to make a substantial difference in the lives of residents. No prior experience in the field is required; only compassion and the legal right to work in the UK are necessary. The organization provides comprehensive training aimed at developing your skills and offering career progression. You will provide high-quality personal care, support with medication, and assistance with daily living activities. Engaging in conversations, listening to life stories, and participating in activities for residents' enrichment are key aspects of this role. You will work 24 hours a week, with a salary of up to £12.76 per hour, inclusive of benefits like a company pension scheme and Blue Light Card discounts. The job also includes the opportunity to earn through a refer-a-friend scheme.
