Main duties of the job

As a Care Assistant at Barchester's care home, you'll play a vital role in helping residents enjoy their daily lives. Your tasks will include assisting with daily living, offering companionship, and ensuring residents receive quality care and support. You'll help with everything from supporting residents with meals to following care plans and spending one-on-one time with residents.
