Main duties of the job

What youll receive includes outstanding career development with funded training (up to QCF Level 5), a bank/zero-hour contract with alternate weekends, night shifts, a Refer-a-Friend bonus up to £1,000, a rate of up to £12.76 per hour, Blue Light Card discounts, a company pension scheme, and on-demand pay. In this role, you will provide personal care and support, administer and record medication, assist with daily living activities, support activities and social engagement, and promote dignity, independence, and well-being, all while delivering person-centred care as part of a team. Required experience includes night shift, bank contract experience, and the ability to work alternate weekends.
