This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well established and successful technical support team, you will be supporting all of the Trust network and telephony solutions, and providing support on projects with the wider ICT Services team.
Main duties of the job
You will be the Trusts subject matter expert on all network and telephony matters, managing and being responsible for all Incidents and Service Requests that relate to network or telephony issues.
Support the wider ICT Services team giving advice and guidance on technical matters.
