Are you passionate about helping people get real value from digital tools? We are looking for a Microsoft 365 Co-pilot Benefits and Adoption Lead to shape safe, consistent and evidence-led adoption across Berkshire Healthcare. You will work with staff, services, Finance, governance and senior leaders to understand how Co-pilot is being used, measure its impact and turn learning into practical recommendations for future investment and rollout. This Band 7 role offers the opportunity to lead a high-profile area of organisational change, influence Trust-wide decisions and help services reduce avoidable administration, improve productivity and develop better ways of working.
Main duties of the job
In this role you will:
- Engage with Co-pilot users through interviews, workshops, surveys and service reviews to understand benefits, barriers and support needs.
- Develop and maintain the Trust's Copilot benefits framework and benefits register, using evidence to assess productivity, staff experience, service improvement and financial value.
- Identify high-value use cases, adoption gaps and practical actions that will improve confidence and responsible use.
- Lead the Copilot adoption and benefits workstream, coordinating priorities, risks, dependencies and delivery across services and specialist teams.
- Produce case studies, reports, business cases, options appraisals and recommendations for governance groups and senior leaders.
- Work with IT, Digital Skills, Finance, BI, Information Governance, Cyber Security and Clinical Safety to align licensing, training, support and governance with service needs.
- Champion safe, fair, accessible and value-led use of Microsoft 365 Copilot across the Trust.
