Job overview

The Central Production Unit (Main Kitchen) of Lincoln County Hospital are looking to recruit two  Menu Clerks following the promotion of the current post holder.

The post holders will work opposite each other  working seven days 7.5 hours days including working Saturday and Sunday and 7 days off.

Hours of work will be 6.45am - 3.00 pm with a 45 minute unpaid lunch break.

Main duties of the job

The main duties of the jobs is co ordinating the menu requests from the wards  to the distribution areas of the Main Kitchen.

Liaising with our external customers for their orders.

Much of our contact with the wards if either by email or telephone.

In the near future the Trust are going to implement and electronic meal ordering  system which will be an exciting new project for us all.
