A & C 3 (Band 3) – 14.4 Hours per week.

The Occupational Health Physiotherapy Service requires Part-Time Administrative Assistant/Medical Secretaries to join our Team. You will provide administrative support to our team of Occupational Health Physiotherapists, facilitating the smooth running of the service.

You should be self-motivated, have good organisational and communication skills. Advanced IT skill and administrative experience in healthcare is essential.

Please note: As this post is part-time, the salary will be pro-rata.

This post requires the post holder to have a PVG Scheme membership/record. If the post holder is not a current PVG member for the required regulatory group (i.e. child and/or adult) then an application will need to be made to Disclosure Scotland and deemed satisfactory before they can begin in post.
