About You

We are looking for a senior clinician who is an experienced Consultant in a relevant Paediatric or Neonatal specialty with a track record in clinical leadership, governance, and quality improvement. You should be able to demonstrate track record in building strong relationships across teams and professional groups. We naturally expect you to be committed to improving outcomes and experience for children and young people and to be an excellent communicator with the ability to influence, challenge, and inspire colleagues.

Contract & Location

4 PAs leadership role + (small) responsibility payment. You will hold a senior leadership remit for services at Heartlands, Good Hope, Solihull and Community sites (cross-site leadership required). Internal and external applicants welcome.
