Job overview
Shape the future of integrated care for one of London’s most diverse boroughs.
We are seeking an exceptional, outcomes-driven leader to take on the pivotal role of Managing Director for the Ealing Borough Based Partnership (BBP), leading delivery at scale and driving measurable improvements in health and care for over 365,000 residents.
Hosted by West London NHS Trust as the Integrator for Ealing, this role builds on strong foundations in partnership working and will be central to strengthening system delivery and achieving lasting impact.
Why now is a critical time for Ealing
Ealing is one of the most diverse and vibrant boroughs in West and North London, with strong, resilient communities and a long-standing commitment to partnership working. It is also a place where the health and care challenges are both significant and urgent.
What sets Ealing apart is the strength and maturity of its partnerships. There is a shared commitment across the NHS, the Council, voluntary and community organisations, and wider stakeholders to work beyond organisational boundaries and deliver truly integrated care.
Strong progress has already been made. Relationships are well established, direction is clear, and early signs of impact are emerging.
The next phase now requires greater pace, sharper prioritisation, and sustained delivery. This is where you come in.
