Main duties of the job
This role involves working as a Maintenance Assistant within a Barchester care home, where your responsibilities include ensuring the environment is safe and well-maintained for the residents. You'll undertake various tasks in maintaining both the building and its grounds. Experience in property maintenance is required, along with a patient and caring attitude towards the residents. Reliability and the ability to perform a range of maintenance tasks are essential to keep the home well-maintained.
