Job overview
We are seeking to appoint a dynamic individual within the Department of Obstetrics & Gynaecology at Maidstone & Tunbridge Wells Hospitals.
This is a locum consultant post, fixed term for 12 months in Obstetrics and Gynaecology, based at Tunbridge Wells Hospital pending a substantive appointment. This post is in response to the expansion of maternity services and supporting our Urogynaecology services. The candidate will be expected to integrate within the team of existing Consultants and to provide a complete Obstetrics and Gynaecology Service.
Main duties of the job
The successful applicant will work at both sites of the Trust, providing emergency and on-call cover. We have a weekday hot week on call between 8 am and 6 pm.

All successful applicants will be required to complete our corporate trust induction once a start date has been agreed.

If you have previously worked for another NHS organisation before joining Maidstone and Tunbridge Wells NHS Trust (MTW), we can transfer eligible mandatory training records where appropriate, helping to avoid unnecessary duplication of learning.
