Lead and Develop a High-Performing Cardiology Service
Spire St Anthony's Hospital is looking for an experienced Lead Cardiac Physiologist to join our established Cardiology team. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled and motivated cardiac professional to provide expert clinical leadership while delivering outstanding patient care across our Cardiac Catheter Lab and Cardiology Outpatient Departments.
As Lead Cardiac Physiologist, you'll bring advanced clinical expertise across a broad range of invasive and non-invasive cardiac investigations, supporting patients throughout their diagnostic and treatment journey. You'll also play a key role in the day-to-day leadership of the physiology team, helping to maintain high clinical standards, drive service excellence and support the ongoing development of colleagues.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide specialist clinical expertise across a broad range of cardiac physiology investigations and procedures.
- Perform and independently report advanced procedures within electrophysiology, cardiac rhythm management, cardiac catheterisation and non-invasive cardiology.
- Support patients undergoing diagnostic and interventional cardiac procedures in a variety of clinical settings.
- Ensure departmental policies, protocols and quality standards are consistently maintained.
- Provide leadership and support to Cardiac Physiologists working across the department.
- Contribute to the evaluation, implementation and ongoing assessment of cardiac physiology equipment and consumables.
- Work collaboratively with cardiologists, nursing teams and wider multidisciplinary colleagues to deliver safe, effective and patient-centred care.
Who We're Looking For
