Aberdeen City OOH Band 5 Community Nurse
Opportunities have arisen for Band 5 Community Nurses to join our Aberdeen City HSCP Evening and Night Community Nursing Unscheduled Care Team
You will be part of a team who predominately provide person centred, end of life care and symptom control for patients in their own homes, enabling them to remain in their preferred place at end of life.
You will also deliver unscheduled clinical nursing interventions to patients referred from GMED, NHS24, Hospital@Home and other professionals.
Evidence of current post registration experience in a clinical environment is essential and Community Nursing experience is preferred. Good communication skills are essential as well as experience in palliative and end of life care.
Car owner/driver and current UK driving licence is required. Car must be LEZ compliant.
Hours: Various hours available within an 8 day rota.
1900 - 0800 3 shifts ON / 5 shifts OFF (31.5 hrs per week pro rata)
1830 - 0000 3 shifts ON / 5 shifts OFF (14.5 hrs per week pro rata)
Car owner/driver and current UK driving licence is required. Car must be LEZ compliant.
