Job overview

To lead in the delivery of safe professional nursing care to patients ensuring the highest possible standards of care to patients and their carers whilst on the ward

To assist the Ward Manager and deputise in their absence

To act as a clinical role model and team leader to all staff.

To provide care within the context of multidisciplinary team using higher levels of decision making and clinical judgment and provide wide and extensive expertise in the provision of treatment skills for all aspects of ortho-geriatric Neck of femur care
