Priory Hospital ChelmsfordFull-time | 37.5 hours per week | Site based Must be British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) registered You will be working on the CAMHS and Adult wardsPriory Hospital Chelmsford is located just outside Chelmsford town centre. We are 6 to 7-minute drive from the town centre or a 25-minute walk.
What you'll be doing
- Assess patients' emotional and mental health needs.
- Deliver one-to-one and group therapy using a range of therapeutic approaches.
- Develop and review treatment plans with the multidisciplinary team (MDT).
- Build therapeutic relationships and support recovery.
- Assess and manage risk, including self-harm and safeguarding concerns.
- Maintain accurate clinical records and reports.
- Attend MDT meetings and contribute to care planning.
- Support discharge planning and ongoing care.
