We are looking for enthusiastic and dependable colleagues with Health and / or Social Care experience who can contribute to the care of our patients with kindness, compassion and empathy.
We have vacancies on our inpatient wards at the following locations -
- Coalville
- Hinckley
- Leicester
- Loughborough
- Market Harborough
- Rutland
The wards are led by nurses and you will work under their guidance as part of our incredibly supportive teams.
The wards provide sub-acute care, palliative care and complex rehabilitation and there are also two wards that provide specialist stroke care.
You will be supported to complete the Care Certificate if you do not already hold this and we actively encourage on-going development.
The post will provide cover on a rota basis over a 24 hour per day, 7 day a week service. Some wards offer long days only and others also offer short shifts, your preferred location and shifts can be discussed at interview.

Main duties of the job
- Undertaking clinical observations and providing clinical care as delegated.
- Supporting our patients in maintaining their health, well-being and independence.
- Providing personal care to include washing, dressing and toileting / continence care.
- Accurately recording patient information.
- Working collaboratively and co-operatively with others to meet the needs of patients and their families.
