Job summary

<p><strong>Help Give Babies the Best Start in Life</strong></p><p>The <span class="single_desc_int_gb_word">support</span> a family receives in the early days, weeks, and months of a baby\'s life can have a lasting impact. As an <strong>Infant Feeding Practitioner</strong>, you will play a vital role in helping families overcome complex and ongoing infant feeding challenges, empowering parents with the knowledge, confidence, and <span class="single_desc_int_gb_word">support</span> they need to give their baby the best possible start.</p><p>This rewarding role supports the delivery of a specialist infant feeding service across <strong>Bath and North East Somerset (B&NES)</strong>, contributing to the maintenance of the <strong>UNICEF Baby Friendly Initiative (BFI)</strong> accreditation standards. Working closely with the Infant Feeding <span class="single_desc_int_gb_word">Lead, Health Visiting teams, Midwives, the Local Authority, and other key partners, you will help ensure families receive consistent, high-quality, evidence-based infant feeding <span class="single_desc_int_gb_word">support</span> when they need it most</span>.</p><p>You will also <span class="single_desc_int_gb_word">support the planning, implementation, and ongoing development of UNICEF BFI standards across th
