Main duties of the job

We have a great opportunity for a Part-Time Clerical Administrator to join our dynamic Integrated Discharge Service here at Portsmouth Hospitals University NHS Trust.

This role will be instrumental in supporting the development & delivery of Discharge Planning for the Trust, along with supporting Social Care and community care providers.
