Main duties of the job

This individual will be part of a dynamic team at Springwood Corner Care Home in Gravesend, expected to work in tandem to ensure immaculate hygiene standards and resident satisfaction. Daily responsibilities include executing all cleaning duties as per worksheet instructions. Furthermore, the position demands a grasp of cleaning requirements for varied surfaces and the distinct properties of cleaning agents. ABOUT THE ROLE

Your focus asHousekeepingAssistant will be to work as part of a team, ensuring that all standards of cleanliness and laundry aremaintainedin the home.You will operate according to our standard operating procedures for housekeeping and laundry, ensuring that hotel service standards are maintained.

Other responsibilitieswillinclude:

  • Carrying out all cleaning dutiesin accordance withworksheetinstructions.
  • Understandingthe cleaning requirements of different surfaces and coverings and the properties of cleaning materials, ensuring that all areas are well presented and maintained in good condition.
  • Ensuring that all residents are treated with dignity and respect and that their personal space and belongings are always respected.
