You will follow our standard operating procedures for housekeeping and laundry, ensuring hotel service standards are maintained. Responsibilities include carrying out all cleaning duties following worksheet instructions, understanding cleaning requirements of different surfaces, and ensuring that all areas are well presented. You must treat all residents with dignity and respect, ensuring their personal space and belongings are always respected.
